Rosemary originally grew by the sea, with its latin name translating as ‘dew of the sea’. The leaves of this herb look like tiny pine needles, but the scent and flavour is pleasant, strong and sweet, which is probably why this herb goes so well with lamb.
Kept refrigerated and wrapped in cling film or foil this herb will last for many weeks, giving you plenty of opportunity to use it to its full potential.
