Also known as cilantro and Chinese parsley, coriander is
a distinctive flavoured herb associated with Asian cuisine. This herb
is unusual in that the whole plant is edible, but the seeds and leaves
taste very different. The seeds are aromatic and warm with a hint of orange,
whereas the leaves are pungent with an earthy hint. |
